Your profile:

Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent is required
-
Capacity to understand the established card processes and the underlying data flow
-
Ability to work and operate complex systems to support the business processes
-
Prior knowledge and experience of bank and fleet card authorization and settlement processes is beneficial
-
Knowledge of ERP systems particularly SAP is desired
-
Previous experience to manage the TPCI (Third party Card Issuer) contracts and their accurate translation in the settlement application
-
Strong analytical, methodical, problem solving and multitasking skills
-
Ability to maintain relationship with key business partners and vendors
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Excellent Englisch and German language skills (verbal and written)
Your responsibilities:
-
Responsability for the reliable operation and integrity of the bank- and fleet card settlement processes
-
Responsability as expert user of the settlement systems used for the operation of the card scheme
-
Confirmation of the integrity of the master data in all impacted settlement systems and maintenance of master data when factors change (e.g. products, merchants, locations, pricing conditions)

Monitoring of the daily creation of the DFU files, validation of their content and verification of the successful transfer of the files to the TPCIs (Third Party Card Issuer)

Checking the accuracy and completeness of the FIBU file, the PDF invoices and their transfer to SAP and the TPCI and dealer invoice
-
Investigation of the queries from vendors, merchants, TPCIs and analysis of any potential variances reported by the TPCIs or dealers

Support and lead projects in the cards area such as establishing new card acceptance

Collaboration with internal and external IT teams to resolve file transfer, content and integration issues
-
Identification and reporting of system issues to appropriate internal/external support and taking appropriate actions
